Palu, Rector of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Palu, Central Sulawesi, Prof. Dr. H Sagaf S Pettalongi MPd inaugurated eight administrative officers within the college area on Monday (7/5) afternoon.
Eight officials are Abdul Wahab appointed as Head of Academic and Student Affairs, Mastura Minabari as Head of Finance and Planning, Rokhani Head of Administration at Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah and Raodha Head of Administration of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty.
Then, Ahdar was appointed as Head of Finance and BMN, Husniati Reti, Head of Academic, Nurhayati Head of Graduate Administration and Iqbal, Head of Planning and Finance, BAUAK.
The appointment is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the appointment of administrators and supervisory officials number 330, 331, 331, 333, 334, 335, 336 and 337 / In.13 / KP.07.6 / 05/2018, signed by IAIN Palu Prof. Dr. H Sagaf S Pettalongi MPd.
Abdul Wahab was former Head of Administration at the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah. Mastura Minabari previously Head of Administration at Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty.
Rokhani was formerly Head of Academic and Student Affair, Raodha was former Head of Finance and Planning of IAIN Palu.
Then, Ahdar was a former Head of Planning and Finance, BAUAK IAIN Palu. Husniati Reti previously was a Head of Finance and BMN. Nurhayati and Iqbal were former General Functional.
Rector of IAIN Palu Prof. Sagaf S Pettalongi MPd declared the inauguration of mutation and rotation aimed to improve the performance system of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
He asserted that the inauguration that led to the rotation and mutation of officials is not a form of punishment.
"We can not see mutation or rotation as a punishment, but in order to improve performance," said Prof Sagaf Pettalongi when delivering remarks, on the sidelines of the inauguration.
This education management expert mentions when an ASN or an official is promoted in a position not only to fulfill the rules of the rules. Rather, call him, also because of the achievements and work demands so it is necessary to rotate the position.
He acknowledged that eight officers who were inducted had good performance backgrounds.
He hopes that good discipline and performance are also applied in new positions, which can impact on the acceleration of the vision and mission realization of IAIN Palu
