Palu, - Lecturer civil cervant candidates (CPNS) at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Palu, Central Sulawesi, is reminded that the institute is not a stepping stone spot.
Rector of IAIN Palu Prof. Dr. H. Saggaf S Pettalongi M.Pd stressed to the lecturer CPNS not to make the college he leads as a stepping stone.
"IAIN Palu is not a stepping stone. Therefore, devote well to this college " said Prof. Dr. H Saggaf S Pettalongi M.Pd, on the sidelines of the 17-month ceremony every month running in this state Islamic institute, Monday.
Prof Saggaf Pettalongi said that eight CPNS lecturers have just received a decision letter, so as not to rush to move to the origin area or to other places.
Although, he said, the rules allow for every State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to move places of service. But, it should not be done. Because, then, IAIN Palu is just a stepping stone.
"Usually, some ASN only serve 1 - 5 years, after that, they request to move for various reasons. hopefully this does not happen to these lecturer civil cervant candidates (CPNS) "said Prof Saggaf Pettalongi.
This Education Management Specialist admitted that based on his experience as a member of the IAIN Palu senate, he has discussed several cases of requests to move from ASN within the institute.
Mostly, he explained, female state lecturers that begged to move to another place for various reasons.
"Mostly, the married women who ask to move by reason of following husband 's job and so on, just sort of things. Moving is not forbidden rules, but we try to minimize so as not to happen, "he said.
Rector of IAIN Palu, Prof Dr H Saggaf S Pettalongi M.Pd submitted a decree to 8 Lecturers CPNS. The handover of the decree took place on the yard of IAIN Palu Rectorate, Monday.
Eight lecturers CPNS are Hildawati – candidate of expert assistant lecturer of Islamic early childhood education, Noorwahid Sofjan - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of Islamic political thought. Then, Arda - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of natural science education, Andi Muthia Sari Handayani - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of guidance and counseling. Also, Afifah - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of English. Wahyuni - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of constitutional law. Yuni Amelia candidate of expert assistant lecturer of English. The last is Erni Irmayanti Hamzah - candidate of expert assistant lecturer of social science education.
These eight CPNS is the result of CPNS acceptance selection of all work units of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2017. IAIN Palu is given quota by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of approximately 15 lecturers, but based on the passing grade there are 8 who qualify to be appointed and accepted as CPNS.
